You got an email from us. Should you trust it?
Fair question — your inbox is full of agencies promising magic. So don't trust us. Verify us. Below are five checks, each independently verifiable, each under 30 seconds. If we fail any of them, close the tab.
Make Google test us, right now ~60 sec
Don't take our word for our own website. Open Google's PageSpeed tool and it will test synapsein.com in front of you — Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO. We score 100/100/100/100. Very few agency websites on Earth do. If an agency can't build its own site properly, ask what it will build for you.
Run Google's test on us →Check we name real clients ~20 sec
Ten clients agreed to be named publicly — real businesses, real names, some working with us since 2016. No stock-photo testimonials, no "CEO, Fortune 500 company." References available on request, with each client's permission.
See the named clients →Read the ledger of every claim we make ~30 sec
Every public claim we make is registered with evidence, verification instructions and a dated stamp — including the list of things we refuse to claim (no AI citation percentages, no ranking guarantees). Machines can read the same ledger at /claims.json. Ask any other agency for theirs.
Open the Claims Ledger →Watch our systems run with nobody touching them ~30 sec
We say we build self-running systems. So watch ours: an almanac writing its own daily diary and grading its own public predictions, counters counting server-side, an API serving AI agents. The numbers on that page are fetched live — nothing typed in by hand.
Open the Engine Room →Read what we refused to fake ~60 sec
An AI consultant once advised us to publish a fabricated case study, invented team members and a fake proprietary score. We refused and published the refusal, with specifics. An agency's character is what it declines when nobody would have caught it.
Read why we said no →Passed? Then here's who you'd actually work with.
Founder-led: Manas Panda — in IT since 2009, web & digital marketing since 2014 — with a small real team across technical SEO and web development. The founder who emails you is in the work itself. SynapseIN was founded in June 2022 in Bhubaneswar, India, and serves clients across the US, Europe, the Gulf, and Asia-Pacific — 100+ businesses across 12+ countries so far.
What we'll never promise: rankings, citation percentages, overnight anything. What we do promise: verifiable work, honest reporting, and a public correction log if we get something wrong. That trade is the whole agency.
What replying actually starts
Questions people ask
How can I verify SynapseIN is legitimate before replying?
Five checks, about 90 seconds total: run Google's own Lighthouse test on synapsein.com (this site scores 100/100/100/100), read the named client testimonials, open the Claims Ledger where every claim carries evidence and a date, watch the systems run unattended on the Engine Room page, and read the post where we refused to fabricate case studies. Every check is independently verifiable — none requires trusting our word.
Who would I actually be working with?
Founder Manas Panda — in IT since 2009, web and digital marketing since 2014 — leading a small real team across technical SEO and web development. The founder is in the work itself, not just the sales call. Named client references are available on request.
What will SynapseIN never promise?
Ranking guarantees, AI citation percentages, or overnight results — because nobody honest can promise them. What we do commit to: verifiable technical work, every claim backed by evidence, and a public correction log when something turns out wrong.
SynapseIN says it was founded in 2022 — why does the website look so new?
Because it is new — deliberately. The agency was founded June 2022; the founder’s client work goes back to 2014 (clients named with permission include one since 2016). In 2026 we rebuilt this site from zero, because search changed: AI systems now read and verify websites, and almost no site — including our old one — was built for that. This rebuild is our proof-of-concept: Google-verified scores, every claim with evidence. The site is not our brochure; it is the working demonstration of the discipline we sell.
Why does SynapseIN have low traffic if it's a real agency?
Because we publish our real numbers and they are honestly small — the rebuilt site has been promoted for only weeks, and impressions grew ~25x in the first full month, led by US searchers. Most agencies have this same early curve; they just never show it. We publish ours monthly on the public scoreboard, including the uncomfortable parts, because a record only counts if kept from the beginning. Ask any agency for their traffic numbers and compare responses.
Why haven't I heard of SynapseIN before?
Because for a decade the work happened quietly — 100+ businesses across 12+ countries since 2014, largely through referrals and long-term retainers, several clients staying five to nine years. Public visibility only became the strategy in 2026, when we rebuilt for the AI-search era and began publishing methods, claims and numbers openly. You are seeing an old practice becoming public — not a new practice pretending to be old.
